Christian thrash metal band from San Diego, who in a flash of cheery inspiration branded themselves by the name of William Faulkner's morbid novel. Oh yes, these guys make dark, dark tunes. Good ones too - in 2006 they were awarded MTV2's 'Ultimate Metal God' award.
As I Lay Dying were in The Neve VR and Musikbox in April and May 2007, with producer Colin Richardson and Interface engineer Matt Hyde.
