Jarvis Cocker

The triumphant return of the post-Pulp man. Jarvis' first single 'Running The World' involved preceding words so awfully naughty he could only give it its freedom online, but a physical shop-buyable album is also on its way.

Jarvis was in The Square and The Neve Room in the scorching hot summer of 2006 with producer Graham Sutton.

It's rather rude and it's rather good and you can only get hold of it online. The ever-current and essential Mr Cocker returns to our happy ears with a brutal (but effortlessly tuneful) assessment of Live 8 and the state of the world in general.

Jarvis was in The Square & Engine Room in June/July of this year working on this record and his forthcoming solo album with producer Graham Sutton.
