The Roll Deep crew released their debut album, In At The Deep End, in 2005, featuring the smash hit single of the summer, Shake A Leg

Regrettably not quite as good at 5-a-side football as they believed their selves to be (follow this link), they're thankfully a good deal better at hitting the back of the tune-filled grime anthem net...

They recorded and mixed most of this album in The Toyshop in 2004 and early 2005 with Greg 'Wizard' Fleming who was in charge of the logic and the mixing.

# Roll Deep - 'Shake A Leg'
Both the track and lyric are irresitably great summer fun. It's pop, but it's also smart and witty. The sample is from Mambo Craze by De Phazz feat. Pat Appleton. This was mixed by Greg Fleming in The Toyshop Studios early 2005.

Released 18th July 2005

# Roll Deep - 'The Avenue'
The 13 strong outfit, have created something quite unique as the first single off their critically acclaimed album 'In At The Deep End'. 'Avenue' samples the 80's Maisonnettes 'Heartache Avenue' to full effect as their lyrics fit into the retro groove with ease and intelligent serenity. This was mixed in the Toyshop by Greg Fleming aka The Wizard.
