The intriguing tale of soulful indie-rockers, Rumble Strips, started in the quaint Devonshire market town of Tavistock before they relocated to London. One could be excused for thinking that if a band was formed out of the primary reason that the guitarist's uncle played in a band and looked cool in a leather jacket, the resulting music could perhaps turnout slightly, eermm, rusty. However this is not the case with Rumble Strips, whose unique strand of brass-friendly indie has earned them the reputation as one of the most exciting new bands based in the capital.
Rumble Strips were in The Square in January 07, mixing some b-sides with producer/engineer Iain Gore.
