Montreal's finest retro pop/rockers (if the term 'retro' can be applied to material within the last 10/15 years?) boast 'a rich palette of musical influences...from the lush chamber pop of Serge Gainsbourg, the dark lyrical wit of both Morrissey and Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker, the droning art rock of Spirtualized and Radiohead, a bit of noise-drenched Krautrock' as well as 'that classic Britpop feel, derived from both the Kinks and the Beatles.'
Their albums so far include: 'No Cities Left', 'Thankyou Good Night Sold...', 'Lost in the Plot' and 'Orchestral Pop Noir Romantique' and they were in Hoxton Square prior to Valentine's Day in 2005 with Simon Raymonde and young Finn Eiles in charge of the mix.
