Relocated to sunny London from so-so Melbourne, CCJ has put aside his blues-punk past to dedicate himself to his solo endeavours. Currently unsigned and self-financed, he's placing all his eggs in this particularly delightful audio basket with the hope of emulating those that rocked his boat, namely the likes of Mark Lanegan, Roxy Music and Neurosis. He's planning to tour later in 2005 with the Gemma Ray Ritual.
At The Garden mixing album tracks in 2005 and early 2006 that were recorded at various London studios including Miloco's Hoxton Square with Ben Thackeray engineering. He returned in late 2006 and early 2007 to work on new tracks in the Square and Musikbox.
