Deluka are none other than Ellie (vocals, guitar), Kris (guitar, synths, programming), Dan (bass) and Stevie (drums) and they hatched triumphantly from misty, mystical Moseley in Birmingham during in the pre-sultry spring of 2005. They come to earth to deliver their unique brand of 'highly upbeat and danceable songs that mix elements of rock, indie and electronic music', and rather marvellously too.
They were in The Square with producer Gavin Monaghan (Bloc Party, Editors, Jesus & Mary Chain) recording tracks for release on either a double A-side single or 3-track E.P. sometime in the grateful spring of 2006.
