Finn has been working at Miloco for the past six years. He rose swiftly through the ranks from assistant to engineer and his skills are increasingly in demand. Finn has excellent across-the-board knowledge - from the workings of the old analogue equipment to the latest Protools HD system.

His attention to detail and methodical approach means he will stop at nothing to get the best results, using every ounce and watt of the equipment at his disposal. This dedication is wonderfully complemented by his laid back and calm approach that guarantees a relaxing and rewarding recording experience for all. This has helped him become a favourite for producers such as Simon Raymonde and Dave Eringa, as well as for numerous up and coming bands. His knowledge of the indie scene helps him to make records that are effortlessly current and cutting edge.

Finn is currently mixing an album for Domino signing Test-Icicles with producer James Ford, and has also been busy tracking for Sons And Daughters with legendary producer Gareth Jones. Earlier in the year he engineered an album for Poptones signing Thee Unstrung, found time to record for Ash bass player Charlotte Hatherley and also mixed a single for The Dears.
