The Long-term Let Rooms
Part of Miloco's business is providing spaces for producers, artists, writers or engineers to rent on short term basis or long-term basis. Most of the rooms are available on a minimum od three month terms however we do have a few rooms that are available by the day, week, month or longer. So if you have your own setup and need somewhere to put it then give us a call.
The rooms come in a variety of shapes and sizes, starting from small programming rooms, to rooms with booths t fully blown studios. The rooms come are all semi-soundproofed, some of them come iwth internal deadening others come as just shells. Some of them provide air-conditioning. All of the rooms have alarms and 24-hour access.
We now have rooms in a variety of locations around London. Meaning that hopefully you do not have to travel far to find one. Currently there are rooms in Bermondsey, Hoxton, Hornsey and Willesden Green. To view the rooms please select one of the area submenus above, or images below. A 185 square foot room with small booth. Located in the heart of North London, and available from 1 December 2008.
