"Sheffield (Yorkshire) + Matlock (Derbyshire)"

"Around 1999ish think?"

If you are signed, who to? (And how did it come about?)

"Southern Fried Records. Publisher: Asongs. Sue Crawshaw signed 1 single for publishing, Nathan A+R heard it and deal done for 3 singles. Turned into albums; now on second."

What project are you doing here at Miloco (e.g. recording, mixing or remixing/single tracks or album) and when's it due to be released?

"Mixing album 2 due out spring/summer 2006"

How would you describe the material you're working on?

"Not sure. It's got English folky influences medieval harmonies, dancy beats, cello, recorder, bleeps, bits of electronica."

Who's producing (and why did you choose them/what's good about them)?

Liam Howe - Producer formidable (looks like Freddie)
Barney - Mixing master (magic man)

Which Miloco studio/s are you using (and why)?

"The Garden - told to by Liam + SFR"

Which Miloco engineer/producer/assistant are you using and how have you found them?

"Mike [Grimley] - top chap, easy to be around, very attentive and caring. Very able and works damn hard to provide for us. Good ears and teeth. Will do well indeed."

What is your favorite knob in the studio and why?

"Dave's is best - tastes good."

"Not as yet (soon though)"

"You could put some Astroturf in the garden area and do murals, would look cool there. Cheers D+V"
