Gallows Return!
Hertfordshire punk band entertain 500 Shoreditchers with new material...
25th July 08

Look who's back! A low-profile over the last few months was probably a well-earned rest for Gallows, after
the frenzy which engulfed their 2007 emergence, but Frank Turner and co. have returned to the stage to start
the next chapter of their already thrilling careers!!
Gallows played to around a 500-strong crowd at a venue in Shoreditch East London this week, and to mark the return
of their notoriously raucous live show, expelled security from the site after they tried to halt the mosh-pit
in the first song of the set.
Led by Carter, who was boasting a gushing cut to the forehead and swollen cheekbone after beating himself
with the microphone, the band soared through a 9-song set featuring 3 previously unheard numbers.
Gallows will play a "secret" gig at Camden's Underworld on August 19th, apprently under a false name.
