The first murmers from camp T are beginning to drift over towards our stereo sets and computer screens. Mercury-nominated Jamie T is heading back our way, with the follow up to his terrific 2006 debut, Panic Prevention. Jamie and producer Ben Coupland have been locked away in Miloco's Square studio for much of 2008, and to kick start the new year are treating us all to a sneak preview of what's in store come the release of his second LP in the near future.
'Fire! Fire!', Jamie's fast and furious new single is currently available for free download, and comes hand in hand with the further release of the tune's video, which was directed by Adam Powell and Jamie himself.
