Mystery Jets, Martha Wainwright and Black Kids billed to play European Capital of Culture...

The first announcements concerning the line-up of this Autumn's MTV Liverpool Music Week have been made, with Miloco clients including, Mystery Jets, Martha Wainwright, Black Kids and Magistrates have been confirmed to play across the 50 events.
The festival will take place across 16 venues across the city which currently holds the baton of 'European Capital of Culture'. Other headliners include The Fall, Goldfrapp, Vampire Weekend and Dizzee Rascal.
The dates, venues and acts announced so far are as follows:
The Fall - Nation (October 30)
Martha Wainwright, Angus And Julia Stone - Philharmonic Hall (October 30)
Vampire Weekend - Carling Academy (October 30)
Goldfrapp - Liverpool University Mountford Hall (31)
Mystery Jets, The Presets, Kissy Sell Out, Cuban Brothers, Rob Da Bank, Sombrero Soundsystem - Evol (31)
Dizzee Rascal, Newham Generals, Smurfie Syco, Chromeo - Liverpool University Mountford Hall (2)
