The Market Place
As well as Miloco's commercial studios we have now introduced the Market Place. This is a
selection of smaller studios or writing rooms which are owned by other producers, engineers and artists and are now
available for hire through Miloco. The rooms vary in size, shape and location. Some are stand alone control rooms while
others have booths and recording areas. The rooms vary in rate from £100.00 to £200.00 / day. Engineers and
assistants will need to be paid for on top of the cost of the room, although in special circumstances 'Friends of Miloco'
can hire the rooms without staff.
The prices are essentially hired as dry hire rooms but they do come with gear which is supplied by the owners.
