Fisher Lane now includes two traditional and charming semi-detached cottages moments from the studio, which were bought in 2008 in order to develop the facility into a first-class residential recording studio. Throughout the summer of 2008, these cottages were completely stripped down, refurbished and redecorated, and have now been brought up to a modern and pristine standard to make your stay that extra bit more memorable. Providing accommodation for up to 8 people, they offer a beautiful, peaceful and homely living space in the heart of Surrey's idyllic countryside, whilst still however being in quick reach of London.

The first cottage houses the main open-plan kitchen and lounge area, which is situated at the rear of the ground floor. Here is where the in-house cook prepares and serves delicious daily meals for clients. There are a selection of chairs and sofas providing a cool and comfortable space for clients to hang-out and watch TV, and a set of French windows which open-up onto a terraced barbecue area, large garden lawn, and of course the huge expanse of meadows and woodlands beyond, making a great setting for a summer afternoon's relaxing!

There are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor of the cottage, and one situated on the ground floor. The master bedroom has the sole use of an en-suite shower room, toilet and basin, and the other three share a well-sized bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are in the second cottage. Three are situated on the first floor of the house, and the fourth occupies a cozy loft conversion. There is another bathroom in the second cottage for these rooms to share. Bedrooms at the back of the house enjoy the spectacular views of the fields and woodland areas, whilst at the front you can look out over the cottages' picturesque driveway and front garden. The ground floor of the second cottage is occupied by a private office for Fisher Lane staff, and which has access to its own small garden area. 

Beyond the cottage's beautifully kept garden are of course several acres of land also belonging to the Fisher Lane premises. There is a large paddock at the back of the garden which is used to graze sheep, and which offers a delightful walkthrough to the woods. There are also several large lawns spread between the studio building and cottages.
