Fisher Lane Studios is Miloco's luxury residential retreat located just outside London in the heart of rural Surrey.

Designed and built in the early 1980s by world-renowned acoustician Sam Toyoshima, architect John Flynn and producer Hugh Padgham, Fisher Lane is steeped in musical history and is responsible for classic albums from artists including Genesis, Phil Collins, Eric Clapton and The Cure. Its large live space boasts a beautiful Steinway Grand Piano, an incredible selection of backline including countless rare guitars, keyboards and amps, and a fantastic stone room which produces exciting drum ambience. The studio's vast day-lit control room features a pristine SSL E series console, awesome Westlake HR1 monitors, and an extensive selection of outboard. There is also a spacious editing suite which is tielined through to all of the studio's other rooms.

Fisher Lane now stands as the only top-end residential within easy reach of London. Having incorporated two beautifully refurbished 4-bed cottages surrounded by the stunning Surrey countryside, it provides a totally tranquil, secluded and inspirational setting for your recording projects.
