The Residential Studios
In 2008 Miloco branched out from our numerous inner-London studios, and setup two outstanding residential options for clients. We firstly opened El Cortijo, a studio which not only saw us venture outside of London for the first time, but also outside the UK! Located in Southern Spain on the Mediterranean Coast of Andalucia, El Cortijo probably stands as the most exclusive and luxurious recording destination the whole of Europe can offer. Clients have the sole use of a private 7-bedroom Spanish villa, containing a beautiful tracking studio. It is engulfed by the spectacular surroundings of South Andalucia, and enjoys views of the Ronda mountains, Mediterranean Sea and the famously elegant nearby town of Marbella. Our second residential facility is Fisher Lane, a legendary recording studio since the early 1980s, which we re-opened in 2008 as a top-end residential service. A world-class studio in its own right, it now includes two beautifully refurbished country cottages which can together accommodate upto 8 people. A little closer to home in the beautiful English countryside of Surrey, Fisher Lane is the only premium standard residential studio within easy reach of London.
