Our catering is not about molecular "haute cuisine" and gels and foams. We want to offer you an honest, traditional homecooked meal.

All our ingredients come from local farmers and markets, and we aim to use local products where possible. This means you get fresh milk from the farmer, locally farmed meat and wild game from the region during hunting season...
