Musikbox is priced at £600.00 / day. This book rate includes an assistant for 12 hours, but it does not include an engineer.
However we have now introduced a variable rates option at Musikbox allowing you to use only the equipment and staff you require. If you
wish to mix 'in the box' then Musikbox can be hired for £325.00 / day. This minimal rate includes the Neve VR60 console, all
monitoring and the Protools HD3 rig with all plug-ins. This will suit producers and engineers who have their own
outboard, but would like to take advantage of the room's excellent monitoring.
The minimal £325.00 / day rate does not include any staff. However you can choose from staff ranging in skills and experience for an additional fee. A standard
studio assistant can be hired for £85.00 / day, or if you simply require
a tea boy/girl on your session, one will be available for £30.00 / day. Occasionally, and only if you are considered to have a 'Friend of Miloco' status and are
prepared to stick to some fundamental ground rules, you can use the studio without staff present.
The flexibility does not end there though. If you wish to use any of the outboard, keyboards or microphones in addition to the basic package
of console, monitors and Protools, then simply select the required item(s)
from the list below and an individual charge for that item will be added onto the overall quote.
Please use our rates tracker to tailor your own personalised quote. You can select your own customised combination of equipment, or make use of the categorised packages which
include, for example, all of the room's dynamics or reverbs. If you choose to use enough gear that
the quote exceeds the official book rate of £600.00 / day, then it will be capped at that rate. Please note all prices exclude VAT.
