For musicians the main focal point on the island is East Point Studios which is located in the Manor House. This exclusive recording studio enjoys spectacular sea views that will inspire each and every project. The east-facing control room houses an SSL 4064 console, Pro Tools HD3 and an excellent selection of gear. It is joined by two booths and an adjacent billiards room with tie-lines to the studio, perfect for larger bands to spread out.

Behind the Manor House is the charming Osea Island village comprising a number of charismatic cottages for you to hire as writing bases or simply accommodation. One cottage is annexed to its own brand new, purpose-built writing studio and all can be booked on either a self-catered or catered basis. 

There are also a number of out-buildings and barns that can serve as fantastic rehearsal facilities. The barns are totally secluded allowing you to completely shut yourself off and make plenty of noise!

But of course there is so much more to do here than just work. This is a great destination for sailing, fishing, cycling, guided walks, beach lounging and other outdoor activities. A gym & sauna, mini cinema with surround sound and heated outdoor pool are just a handful of the countless attractions you can enjoy during breaks from your work. 

The whole ethos at Osea is to provide you with an inspiring and secluded environment to work in, and secluded it really is... this tidal island is only connected to the mainland twice a day for four hours.
