By Car

From The M1

• Leave the M1 at junction M1 J2 and straight ahead into A1 (Great North Way/Barnet Bypass) (signposted Central London, The City, Holloway, N Circular, A406 East)
• At traffic signals continue forward (signposted Central London)
• At Henlys Corner continue forward then take right-hand lanes and branch right onto Falloden Way - A1 (signposted Central London, Holloway)
• Continue forward onto Lyttelton Road - A1. Entering East Finchley. At Highgate gyratory bear right (one-way) then keep forward onto Archway Road - A1 (signposted Central London, Holloway, Archway)
• Continue forward onto Archway Road - A1. Entering Highgate. Continue forward onto Archway Road - A1. Entering Holloway. At Archway bear left (one-way) then... A1. Bear right then...
• Bear left onto the A1 (signposted Central London, Holloway) A1. Keep in right hand lanes then at traffic signals continue forward (signposted Central London, Islington, Highbury)
• At next traffic signals continue forward until Holloway Road Underground Station.
• Turn right into B515 Liverpool Road. Take 6th road on left onto Highbury Station Road
• Take first right at bottom of Highbury Station Road onto small road Swan Yard (no street sign)
• Studio is on the left with a blue sign: 13 Swan Yard. Buzzer LG.

From Blackfriars Bridge

• Head North on Blackfriars Bridge Central London Congestion Charges Apply Mon-Fri 7am-6:30pm
• Bear left onto A201 Entering City of London. Continue forward (signposted Holborn, Kings Cross). Bear left onto New Bridge Street - A201. Branch left. At Ludgate Circus continue forward
• At traffic signals turn right onto Clerkenwell Road - A5201 (signposted Shoreditch)
• At traffic signals continue forward onto Old Street A5201
• At Old Street Roundabout take the 1st exit onto City Road - A501 (signposted Ring Road W)
• Bear left onto Wakley Street (one-way) (signposted Ring Road) A501
• At traffic signals turn right onto Goswell Road - A501 (signposted Ring Road, Islington A1)
• At The Angel turn right onto Upper Street - A1 (signposted The North, Holloway, Islington)
• After Town hall on right turn left onto Islington Park Street. Turn right onto Liverpool Road - B515 Take 2nd road on right onto Highbury Station Road.
• Take first right at bottom of Highbury Station Road onto small road Swan Yard (no street sign).

Parking 

There are three public car parks in the area of Highbury and Islington which are conveniently located for The Yard's clients. They are as follows:

• Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, Islington, London, N1 0QH. (t) 020 7288 6547 The Business Design Centre is located at the Angel end of Upper Street, and has a 24-hour public car park with 285 spaces. Costs start at £6 p/h for the first two hours, and then £3 p/h for every hour thereafter.
• N1 Islington Shopping Centre, 21 Parkfield St, Islington, London, N1 0PS. (t) 020 7359 2674 Islington's main shopping centre, which is sitaeted next to the Business Design Centre also offers public parking, with 100 parking spaces. The car park is situated in Parkfield Street, which is accessed via Berners Road which runs in-between the shopping centre and the Business Design Centre, off Upper Street. The rates for the car park are as follows: 

        Monday to Friday before 18:30hrs and Saturday before 13:30hrs: 

• Up to 1 Hour - £2.30
• Up to 2 Hours - £4.60
• Up to 3 Hours - £6.90
• Up to 4 Hours - £9.20
• Up to 6 Hours - £13.80
• Up to 9 Hours - £20.00
• Up to 11 Hours - £30.00
• Overnight (00:30hrs to 07:30hrs) - £15.00

• Deano's Car Wash and Valeting Service, 75 - 81 Canonbury Road, N1 2DG. (t) 07973 316 223 The third option is Deano's, which for the time-being seems the cheapest of the three. It is located on Canonbury Road, which is one of the roads branching from the Highbury Corner roundabout. It sits on the spot where the old Renault garage used to be. There are roughly 100 spaces at the carpark. The cost is a very reasonable £7 between 7am and 7pm, after which you can of course park on the street.
